Introducing Branded Video

Following the huge success of our sponsored content offering and the incredible rise of video on MailOnline – we now deliver more than 40 million global video views a day – we are delighted to launch MailOnline Branded Video.

Our new branded videos are created by us, on behalf of clients and sit in the heartland of the website – in the sidebar of fame – in a specially created new unit. The videos are autoplay in full view and the unit can be clicked to expand or to lead back to a landing page of the client’s choice.

Tests over Christmas with our launch partner, M&S, on desktop showed astonishing levels of engagement meaning we can guarantee 1 million views over ten seconds and truly incredible poll results – including uplifts of 299% of intent to purchase by those who had watched the videos.

The Branded Video player is now a true cross platform solution, with Mobile and Tablet available for testing. With 75% of our traffic coming to site on these platforms, we expect the 1 Million guarantee to increase significantly. Watch this space for updated numbers!
